Ilyas and his staff were very welcoming, we ordered - Baba Ganoush Lentil soup Lamb Shakriya Chicken and potato dish Knafeh and mint tea! The Shakriya lamb fell off the bone, soup was very hearty! The Knafeh was freshly made so understandably took a little longer to come but the wait was worth it. The food was very authentic syrian food and prices were reasonable and place was very clean! I strongly recommend this place!! We dont smoke sheesha but there were couples outside having sheesha as well for those who want to opt for this option.

We stumbled on this restaurant while on our way to another. The place is really clean and they have very strong fans to cool you down. The food was good. We ordered the mixed appetizers, which consisted of dips (hummus) and the flat bread. Then came the mixed bbq, which we couldn't finish. We also ordered fried squid, which was covered in too thick batter in my opinion. We also ordered the fresh mango juice and the famous mango milkshake. The greek salad was good too.

Visited Telaga Halab and tried Syrian food for the first time, and I absolutely loved the flavors. We ordered Cordon Bleu, Shish Tawouk, Chicken Burger, and Shawerma Halab Chicken and everything had a very rich, aromatic, and authentic taste. The shawarma was slightly on the dry side, but the flavor was still really good, especially with the sauces. Apart from that, everything else we tried was delicious—well-seasoned, fresh, and full of Middle Eastern character. The overall experience was great, from the food quality to the warm vibe of the place. It’s definitely a nice spot if you want to try something different and explore Syrian cuisine for the first time.

Big restaurant with nice interior. Friendly staff. Effiecient kitchen. The meze and mixed grill tasted great! The chicken shawarma was a little too dry for our taste. The prices were OK as well!

Visiting Langkawi on holiday and found this place on Google Maps. We ordered four mains. The chicken burger was good and came with a healthy portion of chips, solid 7/10. The shawarma platter had a great quantity with shawarma bites, chips and sauces, everything tasted good but the meat was a bit dry inside, a bit more sauce would have helped, 7/10. The chicken cordon bleu was really good and probably my favourite dish, different from what I’ve had elsewhere but very enjoyable, 9/10. The shish taouk was well marinated, served with masala bread, fries and sauces, really liked it, 9/10. We spent 152 RM including service charge. Ambiance and service were both great. Overall a pleasant experience and I’d come back again, 8/10.

We had a wonderful dinner at Telaga Halab Langkawi, and it quickly became one of our favorite dining spots. The food was absolutely delicious, and even our kids couldn’t get enough of it! The appetizers served with freshly made hot bread were a real highlight — warm, flavorful, and simply addictive. The meat was juicy, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. We also tried the mango juice, and it was incredibly fresh and tasty — the perfect complement to the meal. The restaurant is spotless, and the service was excellent — fast, friendly, and attentive. It’s clear the staff care about providing a great experience. Whether you’re with family or friends, Telaga Halab is a place you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommended!
